Where to meet your ride at BOS

Uber and Lyft pickup: Ride App pickup is in the garages, not at the curb. Terminals A, C and E: follow Ride App signs to the Central Parking Garage. Terminal B: Level 2 (Departures level) of the Terminal B Parking Garage.
Terminal A: Central Parking Garage: from baggage claim go up to Level 4, cross the pedestrian bridge, then down to Level 1 and follow Ride App Pickup signs.
Terminal B: Level 2 (Departures level) of the Terminal B Parking Garage; go up one level from baggage claim, exit door B201, B204, B209 or B212 and cross to the garage.
Terminal C: Central Parking Garage: Level 4 bridge from the terminal, then the elevator down to the lowest level (Level G).
Terminal E: Central Parking Garage: Level 4 bridge from the terminal, then down to Level 1 and follow Ride App Pickup signs.
Dropoff: The same ride-app areas: Central Parking for Terminals A, C and E, and the Terminal B garage. Uber's driver page says Arrivals-level curb drop-offs are allowed 4-11 am at A, C and E.
Taxis: Dispatcher-staffed taxi stands are on the Arrivals level at Terminals A, B, C and E; follow Ground Transportation and Taxi signs. Fares are metered; flat fares and surcharges are not listed on Massport's page.
Self-driving rides: None as of October 2026
Train or bus: The Silver Line SL1 bus stops at every terminal and is free from the airport to South Station; the Blue Line is a free shuttle ride away at Airport station, about $2.40 per trip.

Allow extra time to walk to the garage pickup; Terminal B uses its own garage, the others use Central Parking.
The SL1 Silver Line is free leaving Logan and includes a free Red Line transfer at South Station.
Shared rides pay a $1.50 airport fee instead of $5.50.
