How to get access

Las Vegas: download the Zoox app and ride. San Francisco, Austin and Miami: download the app and join the waitlist.

Children

Children aged 8 and over can ride with an adult. Under-8s are not allowed in any Zoox vehicle.

Passengers and seats

Up to 4 riders. There is no driver's or front seat: the four seats face each other.

Luggage

There is no trunk. Luggage goes on the cabin floor, with room for at least one piece per rider.

Pets and service animals

No pets or emotional-support animals. Trained service dogs are welcome and should stay on the floor.

Hours

Las Vegas: 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Hours for San Francisco and other cities are not stated.

Airports

Las Vegas Harry Reid (LAS) only. Pickup is at Terminal 1 Level 0 (follow signs for E Gates) or Terminal 3 Level 0 outside Door 55, at the signed Zoox Pickup Zone.
