Where to meet your ride at PDX

Uber and Lyft pickup: Walk from baggage claim through the tunnel to the Short-Term Parking garage and take the elevator up to Level 1, the Transportation Plaza. Pillars are labelled by company: Uber loads at Zones A and B, Lyft at Ride App C and D.
Dropoff: Upper (departures) level, on the outer commercial roadway.
Taxis: Taxis also load inside the Transportation Plaza on Level 1 of the Short-Term garage, at the taxi pillar, not at the terminal curb. The airport publishes no flat fare.
Self-driving rides: None as of October 2026
Train or bus: TriMet's MAX Red Line leaves from the south end of the terminal about every 15 minutes; an adult fare is $2.80 and covers 2.5 hours.

Rides no longer meet at the terminal curb, so allow a few minutes for the walk to the garage.
Uber and Lyft use different bays; check the zone letter in the app before you set off.
MAX to downtown is $2.80, a fraction of a ride fare.
